Repairs We Do:
Please read our terms and condition, this will explain to you the condition of our service and let you understand exactly what we do, its simple straight forward with no catchy bits.
Warranty
1.a. All our repairs come with one year performance warranty, which mean you are covered by our performance for 365 days from the day your device is repaired.
1.b. All parts used to repair your device comes with a 3 months warranty, which means the parts are cover for 90 days from the date the device is repaired. This covers you if the part becomes faulty on its own or has a manufacturers fault and does not cover if your device is accidently damaged, phsycally damaged or liquid damaged.
1.c If you have repaired your device with us and within 365 days of your reapir your device becomes faulty, you are covered by our 1 year performance warranty which covers you for our labour charges. If your device becomes faulty within the first 90 days of your repair then you are fully covered by both our parts and labour charges and will have nothing to pay. However if you have a fault anytime after the first 90 days of your repair then you will not be charge for our labour cost but will be charges for the parts used to repair your device.
PLEASE NOTE: All warranty will become void and you will no longer be covered by our warranty if you device is: accidently damaged, user damaged, phsycally damaged or liquid damaged.
No fix no fee
2.a. We offer a no fix no fee policy which simply means if we can not fix your device then you will not have to pay us for our time, no matter how much time and effort we put in.
2.b. If you use the repair by post service and we could not repair your device, you have nothing to pay for our time, however, the postage charge to get the phone back to you still applies. If you did not want to pay for this charge or do not want your phone anymore then we can dispose your device for you, free of charge.
