Water Damaged Repairs - Some water damaged devices can be repaired the same day, but for the more seriously damaged devices we like to take more time and carefully remove and repair as much damage as possible. We follow a very detailed step by step procedure gained from many years of experience with the latest technologies to repair your liquid damaged devices. Unlike other repairers we dont just give your device a clean and put your phone back hoping it will work.  As you may not know when liquid gets inside your device they corrode your motherboard, parts inside and components. If this is not repaired properly, your devices is still left with small corrosions. This will then cause a short circuit within your device which means that even though it seems like your phone is working, it can stop working at any time and blow up your corroded motherboard. Once this happens there is no way of bringing your phone back to life and you have lost your phone along with all its data.

Parts - We stock as much parts as we can, however, it is not possible to stock all parts. There are thousands of different makes and model of mobile phones out there. In this case it may take up to 3 days for us to order the parts in and have your phone repaired and back to you. We will always call you or advise you of this and not make you wait.

Unknown faults - Sometimes when you bring in a phone to us with unknown faults, most commonly phones with no power, our engineers would then have to diagnose the device. In most cases they will find out the problem straight away but in rare cases this problem is based on the device motherboard. As you are aware theres are many small components and chips on the motherboard which controls each function of the phone, therefore, we may have to test each one to see what is causing the fault. We will then contact you and advise you with the results of our diagnostics and tell how how long and how much it will cost. We never do any repairs to your device without your consent.
