We are very flexible and techincal which means we will come to you and repair almost all mobile phone faults in the comfort of your home, office or anywhere else that convenient for you. To book for us to come and repair your phone please fill in and complete our VIP Repair Bookin Form below. We will confirm the appointment with you and send our engineers out to repair your phone. Once our engineer have repaired your phone, you will receive a Full Phone Health check Certificate where we have fully test your phone and its function to let you know how your phone is doing for your peace of mind. This is also your Warranty for the repair which covers you for all parts and labour for 90 days.

Please Note: Once you have booked your VIP Repair with us we will call or email you to confirm your booking for your repair. You would need to make a payment of £30.00 to proceed with the service. This is to cover our engineers coming out to you and repairing your mobile phone. However if we can not repair your phone on the spot we will offer you a full refund (strictly NO FIX NO FEE) or alternatively offer you another service. If for any reason we turn up at your chosen location to repair your phone and you are not there or choose to cancel your VIP Repair booking then you will loose your payment of £30.00 to cover our cost. Please bare this in mind but we will do our best to help you.
